Franklin vanished from the West Point community in Cullman County on August 12, 2009. Franklin had three children, and all three planned to read stories and letters at the vigil they had dedicate to their mother. Cullman County investigators said Friday divers recently searched parts of Smith Lake, where information they had received indicated Franklin's body might be located. So far they have not found enough evidence to charge anyone with her disappearance. Franklin's former sister-in-law Stacey White is fighting to keep the case in the spotlight. "Because of these three children. They were her world and they are our world and we'll do everything we can to make sure they have the justice they deserve," White said. There is a $10,000 reward in Franklin's case and anyone with information is urged to call the Cullman County Sheriff's Office at (256) 734-0342. www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsgnMYvmiuk&feature=sharewww.facebook.com/findtabby
