John was stabbed, had his throught cut and his hands removed. His hands were never rec.overed. He was found September 17, 1990 they same day he was killed. He was 40 - 50 years old. He was white. IMO the poor man knew his killer and that is why his hands were removed,so, he could not be ID'd. If he were the killer feared he'd be caught quickly. www.doenetwork.org/cases/47umtx.html

The victim was discovered in a bean field, approximately 40 feet north of Lebanon Road and just west of the Troy and O' Fallon Road in Jarvis Township,IL She was between 25-40 years old and was a white female. She had been placed at the scene approximately two to three days prior to discovery. The cause of death was multiple stab wounds to her neck and torso. There was no evidence of defensive wounds on the victim, indicating she did not fight her murderer(s). She had been sexualy mutilated. Her female organs removed. This guy IMO is a serial killer and this was NOT his first kill. www.doenetwork.org/cases/42ufil.html

This young woman stepped onto Pacific Coast Highway on April Fools' Day, 1990. She was struck first by a Mazda MX-6, then a Lincoln Continental. She died instantly. When a sketch of her was published in local newspapers, several Huntington Beach residents said they had spoken with her. Her first name may have been Andrea and she may have been from the East-Coast. She had no permanent home in Orange County. One of the people who had spoken with her said she claimed to be adopted and was trying to find her real family. She said she was from somewhere like Virginia. And she told another person she was from New York. She claimed that she was 25 or 26. But she appeared to be as young as 16. "Andrea" also spent a night at the home of a mobile-home salesman who took pity on the homeless woman who had few articles of clothing and no money. The family fed her, gave her the back bedroom and gave her some money. "Andrea" apparently took the money and bought clothes at a Goodwill store, including a pair of shoes for $19.95. She was wearing the pink shoes with the price tags still on when she was struck on the highway by two cars. She was wearing a black cotton dress; a red, long-sleeved shirt; fishnet stockings; a pink sweater; a size 40 D bra; and pink shoes, with the price tags still on. A ring made of human hair was located on her left ring finger. She carried a smooth black stone, and a motel key inscribed with No. 218. She carried no identification and no credit cards. A fisherman discovered the victim's body in the Harpeth River in Davidson County, Tennessee on March 24, 1976. She was located mere hours after her death. She was approx. in her late teen. I think a little older. The victim, believed to be Native American, or possibly Hispanic, was found just after 17.00, March 24, 1976, about 200 yards from a bridge on McCrory Creek Road, downstream from a recreational area and near the border of Cheatham County. The victim, possibly named Sherry or Cheryl, had a photograph of a young blond-haired boy in her back pocket. An autopsy showed she had sexual intercourse within a few days of her death, but it was not known whether she was raped. A man claimed he and his brother-in-law, who both lived in Nashville at the time, saw the victim 10 days before she was found in the river. He said he and his relative picked up the victim and her friend, a slender blond woman, as the two hitchhiked from Nashville. The two, the man claimed, had run away from a mental hospital in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and were headed to Haines City, Florida, to see the blond woman's husband. I am further researching this case. I want to know what mental hospitals were in St. Paul at that time. www.doenetwork.org/cases/37uftn.html

Located on February 2, 1986. The victim was discovered in a field located in the 3000 block of Calder Road of League City, outside Galveston, Texas. She was the second of four bodies that would be found in the area, dubbed by the press "the Killing Fields." Heide Fye's body was discovered on April 1984. Laura Miller's remains were also found on February 2, 1986. The skeletal remains of another unidentified woman, Janet Doe was found in the same field in September of 1991. Authorities theorize that the four women were all killed by the same person. Police also believe there was more than one serial killer in the area at the time. scary. www.doenetwork.org/cases/35uftx.html

Swanson was a special education teacher in Coeur D'Alene, ID when she she disappeared on March 29, 1986. She was last seen at the Tubbs Hill trail entrance. Presumably, Swanson was going to hike or jog on the trail. There was a lot of activity on Tubbs Hill that day. But nothing to show police what happened to Swanson once her students lost sight of her heading up the trail. The last place she was seen may not be where she disappeared. Another women diasappeared from the same Idaho town in May. It is unknown if the cases are connected. www.doenetwork.org/cases/15dfid.html

The victim's nude body was found weighted down in Lake Pontchartrain by a fishermen just east of the Interstate 10 twin spans and about 50 yards from the north shore June 19, 1986. A plastic bag was placed over her face, secured with gray duct tape and a 22-pound weight tied to her neck. She had suffered numerous stab wounds to her facial area as well. Detectives think she might have been married because of markings indicating she had worn a ring on her left hand. Based on information from meteorologists and marine biologists, detectives concluded the body likely was dumped in the lake between Bayou Lacombe and the Rigolets Pass. www.doenetwork.org/cases/16ufla.htmlJane was 3 months pregnant.
